At Zing Fit we offer both one time purchases and subscription options to suit your lifestyle.
One Time Purchases
All one time purchases are processed immediately after checkout.
As our products are freshly prepared orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun or once they have been dispatched.
Please ensure all order details including delivery address are correct before completing your purchase.
Subscription Plans
Our subscription plans are designed to provide consistent access to Zing Fit products with automatic recurring deliveries.
By purchasing a subscription you agree to recurring billing based on the selected plan frequency.
Payments are taken automatically using your chosen payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us.
Changes to your subscription including delivery frequency product type or quantity must be made at least forty eight hours before your next billing date.
If changes are made after this time they will apply to the following cycle.
Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
To avoid being charged for the next cycle cancellation must be requested at least forty eight hours before your next billing date.
If a cancellation request is made after payment has been processed the order will still be fulfilled and cancellation will take effect from the next cycle.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails we may attempt to process the payment again.
If payment is not successfully completed your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products we do not offer refunds on subscription orders once they have been processed.
If there is an issue with your order please contact us within twenty four hours of delivery and we will review this on a case by case basis.
