Shipping Policy

At Zing-Fit, freshness matters. Because our shots are made fresh, we take extra care with how and when orders are dispatched.

Dispatch Schedule

We dispatch orders from Monday to Thursday only. This is to avoid parcels remaining in transit over the weekend and to help ensure your shots arrive in the best possible condition.

Orders placed before 12pm are usually shipped the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next available dispatch day.

Delivery

We aim to use a next-day delivery service wherever possible. Most orders arrive within 1 working day of dispatch, although delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed.

Freshness First

As our products are fresh and perishable, our dispatch schedule is designed to protect product quality and maintain freshness during transit.

Different Delivery Day Requests

If you would like your order delivered on a different day, please contact us before placing your order. Where possible, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, inaccurate delivery details, or events outside of our control.

Customer Responsibility

Please ensure all delivery information is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels affected by incorrect address details or missed deliveries.
